5 Ways of Having more Energy During a Day

If you feel sluggish during the day or feel like you don’t have enough energy to do everything you want to in a day, then these tips should help you feel full on energy and enthusiasm for everything you do through the day.

1) Start the day with a workout. A workout can be anything from a brisk walk, a swim, a visit to the gym or some exercises at home. Whatever it is, you need to do enough exercise to get your blood flowing a get a bit out of breath. If you do this for at least 20 minutes first thing in the morning you will feel that you have more energy to carry on with your day. It won’ make you feel more worn out it will give you that kick start of energy that you need.

2) Eat a healthy breakfast in the morning. If you leave the house without any breakfast then you won’t have the fuel you need to give you energy. Eat something that will slowly release energy through the morning and keep you feeling awake. Try something like bran cereal with sultanas and fruit juice, or wholemeal toast with scrambled or boiled eggs. Try wholegrain muesli or a fruit salad with toasted oats.
